Based on this experience I would not recommend this shop. I have gone here several times prior and only had one minor issue. Previous experiences were very positive so this poor service is quite a shock.

Our car is operated by my 18 year old son attending NDSU. Nothing was scarier than getting a call from him one icy February evening informing me that he had an accident. We are in MN, almost four hours away and knew no one personally that we could call for help. Our insurance has road side assistance that would tow the vehicle, but we had to decide to where. My husband’s college roommate now lives in AZ, but his wife is from Fargo, and they had lived there for several years until recently. We called them, and she called her brother who recommended Intense Collision. So that was where we had it taken and dropped off at 11pm. The next day my son spoke with Jordan and called me to say they would let us know what they thought. When my son heard back from Jordan, he suggested I call and speak with him directly. I did. Let me say, Jordan put my mind at ease immediately. He listened, was sympathetic, professional, and kept us updated in a timely fashion. When parts didn’t come in in time, he sent us emails with explanations. His honesty was much appreciated. I have not driven nor seen the car since completion. However, my son picked it up and is satisfied with the repairs - he says it drives like it did before the accident. I goo to confirm that when he comes home over Spring break in two weeks. It speaks highly of Jordan that he went out of his way to ease this parent’s mind from long distance. We had our own mechanic here at home look over the photos Jordan sent as well as the estimate, and he stated that he felt it was a fair and reasonable cost. I thank Jordan for his integrity and professionalism and all staff that helped to repair on our Chevy Impala this February for the quality of work and communication provided. I would absolutely recommend Intense Collision Center to anyone in need of auto repairs. Not only did we find the estimate and final cost to be fair, but the work was thorough and the staff was friendly and polite.

The Chevy impala you worked on is being driven by my son, Daniel, who is attending NDSU in Fargo. I personally have not driven the car since it’s repair, however, Daniel tells me it runs very nicely.
