Rear bumper looks fine, however Automatic Rear Hatch worked fine when we brought it in, no longer worked when we received the vehicle back. When we brought it back, they stated it’s just ‘dumb luck’ that it stopped working after the repair, but would give us a good deal if we had them fix it.

For a business to say that something is just ‘dumb luck’ didn’t seem very professional. Offered a loaner vehicle, so that was a perk!

There’s a noise in the rear end of my pickup that wasn’t there before I was hit. The repair facility says that it’s unrelated to the accident but it’s hard for me to accept this considering the timing of everything. They have said they’ll make a note of it so that if anything goes out we can look back and see that I had concerns when I picked it up.

I had asked that a smudge on my passenger side quarter panel be buffed out. I was told they'd look at it, but nothing was done, nor mentioned about it when I picked up my car.
