The majority of my dissatisfaction result in the delay of getting my vehicle fixed and the lack of communication, regarding the delay. I was told initially that it would be done on possibly Wednesday and if not, Thursday for sure. I wanted to confirm this, as I had a doctor appointment scheduled for Friday that I could not reschedule. I was reassured of Wednesday or Thursday. I reached out on Thursday morning to see if it was ready or when it would be ready and they said that it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Why was I not contacted when Thursday was no longer possible? I then asked what time on Friday and they weren't sure. I asked if it would be ready by noon and they thought that may be possible. I mentioned that I have a dr appt at 2pm and they said it "should" be ready by then. It was not. I called at noon just for an update and it wasn't ready. I called at 2pm and it was not ready. Given that it was not ready, I had to drop my wife off at the school bus stop to meet our kids after school and they walked home, which is over 2 miles. We understand schedules change and things come up, but the part that has us extremely frustrated is that no one ever contacted us. Our car wasn't delivered until 5pm on Friday.
