Paint was nice and bumper looked good. Only thing was I had an old airbag hook up in the bumper that I informed them that I did not want back in the bumper and they drilled a hole in the new bumper and put in the hook up anyways

When I wasn't going to use insurance things went fine but when I mentioned that I was using insurance, they delayed the start of things and said that using insurance will prolong the service because of the delays of the back and forth on approvals. There wasn't too much assessment of the damages besides what I told the gal, so I knew they would miss stuff. Would have expected more assessment or at least an indoor inspection so the person would look deeper. This was either an excuse or the truth as it took almost 2 business weeks to complete the job. And there was extra damage that was noticed so suspect the approval delayed things. I was also originally told that they would be able to give me a ride to work / rental car. This came true but it was done in my car with someone else driving my car. Really unexpected and weird. When picking up vehicle, a person at the place jokingly said "the amount should be more to include lunch for us...". Was unprofessional in my opinion. I todays world, everyone is scrapping and this isn't gonna to leave an impression for most everyone receiving it.
