My trunk door is not closing properly. There is a gap between it. There was paint left on the rubber sticking under the door which makes the door sticky & hard to open.

This is the second repair that I had done there on my car and I will no doubt recommend them to anyone I know needing autobody work.

Excellent work, body panels fitted perfectly, pain is also matched perfectly. Vehicle is cleaned up beautifully and the car is in a "like new condition."

For general repairs or leases on regular cars maybe. For high end cars, difficult paint jobs and picky enthusiasts I would definitely pass. They can't match the European clearcoat orange peel at all like some other shops have done for me in the past. My lesson learned was that there were no high end automobiles here and that should have been the red flag that told me to leave and look for another shop.

Paint match after third attempt was 80% overall as there were some glaring flaws in the clearcoat cutoff line and a couple of fish eyes. The clearcoat cutoff was absolutely terrible in several spots, nothing that a reputable shop should be putting out. Also they totally missed the texture of a European clearcoat orange peel. It can be done properly as I have seen it done first hand. The first two times the shop got the flop of the paint down but there was an issue with too much metallic, essentially giving off a glitter effect in full sun. The last time they got rid of the metallic, removed the pearl and added a toner to compensate. Unfortunately the flop isn't as good as before and it's obvious in several lighting conditions. And the added toner rears its ugly head in low light as well. Lesson learned when a shop says they can match a complex metallic no problem. They do decent work but I'd definitely go elsewhere for complex paints and oftentimes, it's better to leave factory paint and don't listen to what a shop says because they want your money. I also want to add that the glitter effect should have been easily caught with a competent painter, even without regular sunlight. When you spray test/sample cards you can easily use artificial light like a 3M Sun Gun to see the obvious issues.

Rafael and Johnny were both very nice and Johnny was regularly in touch with me. They seem to be a shell of their former selves when they used to work on more Porsches and enthusiast cars. Now it's predominantly all insurance work.
