I was not informed about car progress. I had to call the shop myself multiple times. One time, I was hung up on and never received a follow up call. When the work was completed, I was not informed, and again, I had to follow up myself which resulted in needing to coordinate late pick up. Fortunately, Tulio was wonderful and agreed to wait for me to pick up the car after dropping off the rental. He also did extra work on the car, free of charge, which was such a pleasant surprise. In terms of the actual repair service, I was very satisfied. In terms of communication, it was not great.

The work was good. I was called twice by 2 diffrent people that the car was ready. I arrived it was not ready. I had to pick it up the next day. I had to leave work early twice. My time is just as valuable as yours. Very disapointing.
