Literally, nothing else matters besides the quality of the repair and that was pretty bad.

Didn’t answer questions when asked, provided inaccurate information as to what they needed, and the attitude from the repair tech about having some tools and parts in my car just rubbed me the wrong way. You’re lucky I took anything out of that car let alone the small amount of ducting you had to deal with.
