I get that guaranteeing an exact completion date is impossible but the reluctance to provide any real insight into expected delivery dates was extremely frustrating. Also, I was told multiple times that i didn’t need to call, that I would get a call when things progressed but that never happened

I heard some noises when I drove it for more than a few minutes. It was like I ran over something but I didn’t. It made that noise a few times. Also, my weather tech mats were taken from my vehicle.

Took my care in for body repairs they kept my care for a month when I took the car in ac was working perfectly fine picked the car ac doesn’t work then tried to charge me telling me I may need my ac recharged

The guys who worked on my car did an amazing job. Everything looked great and I even got my car back cleaned out and washed. The ladies in the front were always nice as well! I would recommend this body shop to family and friends !
