The work done on the car looks great and your office person is top notch! She was professional,courteous and thorough. She noticed when closing the rear door there were sounds We could not identify. She Recommended I monitor it to see if it goes away and if not to notify you guys. We determined it is glass that is inside the rear door that was not vacuumed out.

My repair was a right fender, door and rocker arm. It didn’t seem to be a difficult repair/paint. The Quote was 1 week, it was actually 5 weeks. The door had to be redone because they left a clear demarcation line where to two doors meet. Either from damage unrelated, not wanting the repair to be so visible. The car is 2013 so of course it would be visible. Either way it wasn’t good and therefore unacceptable. Which was unfortunate, as they do very good work. They just don’t communicate well. Be prepared for a longer than quoted timeframe. Check in periodically to see if there are any concerns… because the do over was another 7-10 days. I still say they did a good job!

Don’t communicate well… never spoke to actual technicians, just the receptionists. I would have liked to speak to one of the techs at least one other time than my initial quote. During the 6 week ordeal

The outside of my car got damaged but when I got my car back the inside had damage, my car is a new car and nothing was wrong with it, now the trunk don’t open or the top don’t let down and it’s so much dirt and feet prints all in the inside of my car
