There was white paint specks left in the trunks interior with a white powder substance all over console and dash inside the car. Left jeep letters in cup holder and lost wheel lock packaging. The repair was fast. Was sent text messages saying vehicle would be completed on certain date but finished a few days earlier and gave little time to arrange vehicle pickup before informing insurance company to end car rental. Driver door still stiff to open.

Did okay but the bumper looks a little off and I didnt like that other parts were scratched and damaged and they didn't tell me about it. I only found out from doing my own inspection of the car after getting it back. They tried to fix the scratches and damage after it being pointed out but it doesn't take away from the fact that they left it that way thinking I wouldn't notice.

The communication was excellent! The text update service is awesome! The service was speedy and my repairs were done very well! I was excited to get my car back 5 days earlier than expected and it looked so good when I picked it up!
