It took over one month to fix and paint my car. In the end the drivers side mirror wobbles because the parts used were of super cheap quality.

The staff provided timely updates. The rental car process was convenient from location. The partial detail after completing work...as a treat. However, car took longer than expected for completion.

Anna was all profeasional and patient when speaking to her in person or via phone. However, it would be nice to inform guests to remove all items from vechile if car is being detailed.

Parts of the bumper that were supposed to be repaired were clearly salvaged from the old bumper. There were scratches on the "new bumper" Otherwise it was good, except for them not putting the correct wheel back on and losing buttons on the inside of the door, and losing the wheel cap.

After driving my car for about 1 or 2 hours, my tire pressure was reading the same issues as when it did caused by the accident as well as within proper lightning, I found imperfections that was not on my car before bringing it into Interstate auto repair. I really DO NOT APPRECIATE the service. I look forward to how Interstate will correct these issues. I'm sad☹️.
