Communication was great. It only took 3 weeks like he said it would. I didn’t get it the day they said I would but I got it the next day and the checked a concern I had but it wasn’t anything they did but overall 9/10 experience

I had a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Sam. From the very beginning, Sam was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was his dedication and attention to detail. You can tell Sam takes pride in his work and truly values customer satisfaction. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Because of Sam’s leadership and commitment to excellent service, I left feeling completely satisfied and confident in the work that was done. I had a rear bumper repair that was promised to be done by Friday. My mother suddenly passed away and I needed to go out of town immediately. IAB was able to have my car ready a day early. It came back beautifully repaired & beautifully cleaned inside & out. The staff was sad that I lost all of my fun bumper stickers, so as I was leaving, they gifted me a new sticker. :) everyone was very professional and very sweet.
