1st off, I must say the road to repair for my vehicle was lengthy & dreadful. I was expecting my vehicle to be completed at the expected date, but however it took another 3 weeks. There were delays in parts deliveries as well as the shop being fully booked. However Anna made the process much easier. Initially I thought I was being placed on the back-burner, but she assisted me the entire time throughout the repair process. It may not have been easily defined on her end, but I greatly appreciate her & her patience. It was most certainly appreciated. She is a young lady & a Scholar. If you choose this establishment for repair, Anna will appoint you. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of service. Thanks guys

Everything was great …. I appreciate how quickly my vehicle was returned to me and they worked with my insurance. However, I would have liked some notice on when to pick up my vehicle, but was called and told I had to pick up my car NOW!…. At least a 24/hr notice would’ve been appreciated to plan a less rushed pick up.

Someone left a dirty rag on the back seat. Someone changed the driving mode and dashboard display. I'll get someone to figure it out, as the salesman set up everything for me when I purchased the car. With regards to communication and the repair, both were excellent.
