The receptionist was very very nice wonderful ladies and they did a great job with my car. The painting look like it’s brand new. My car looks brand new. I thank them so much. I would refer them to other people. Have a blessed day thank y’all so much.

The only thing that I was not happy I had a tire low in air in the air was not replaced. The front desk staff was excellent the young man that took me around and let me know what was gonna be done to my car was outstanding and again the only thing that I was unhappy with that my tire was low in air.

The repairs took way too long over 5 weeks in total and communication was poor. After 3.5 weeks the car was given back to my son as repaired but he found something still wrong with it. He took it back and they found another issue on top of the one he took it back for. Again we had to wait for the part to be ordered and another week of rental cars out of pocket. Extremely disappointed in the way this was handled.

-equipment left in the vehicle. Went back to return - license plate not attached, going back to complete - several pieces yet to be put back. Going back for that - slight damage to cup holder area. Going back for that - slight clicking noise in front of, returning to see what that might be. -
