I have had my car repaired twice at your Waterloo location and it’s been a positive experience both times. Gabby and Jake are wonderful to work with. The only comment I have is when I picked my car up yesterday, the interior had a coating of fine white dust/powder on all seats and surfaces. I know this is just from the repair/painting process, but it would be nice to have the cars clean when they are finished being repaired. Thanks!

The speed, quality, service and communication at Iowa Auto Rebuilders put the big shops at the cedar falls to shame. This was the second repair we’ve needed this summer, and we were worried how long this would take after being sent elsewhere the first time. The team here was fantastic though, getting us on the schedule right away, inspecting, quoting and repairing our car while keeping us updated every step of the way.

Repairs are not done. Damage was done to the inside of my vehicle that has still not been addressed. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through.

Communication was nonexistent until I called and expressed my disappointment with it. New issues came up after picking up the vehicle that I was told I would get a call about. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing once again.
