Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident, and without hesitation I chose Iowa Auto Rebuilders. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Gabby, an amazing young woman whose customer service truly gives you faith back in people. When you’re anxious and upset—especially with a newer car—they have a way of taking the scars and the stress out of the experience. This is the second (maybe third) time I’ve worked with Iowa Auto Rebuilders, and from the front desk to the technicians, everything was seamless. The fit and finish was not what I expected from a reputable body shop that my insurance suggested. Hopefully they get the parts? And make it right. Otherwise like the updates and was done (well) when they said. Now waiting on update on solution from them (body shop)

Extending nearly a week due to incorrect parts was no fun, but that's likely on the people sending you parts and we did have a rental, so we survived. Appreciate the good work - and fixing the backup camera was a nice bonus!

On time completion. Continued communication and helpful front desk. Gabby was amazing and the gentleman that did my initial inspection when I brought it in was very informative and didn't enable me to feel I was a bother when I asked questions.
