The whole process was made extremely easy and stress free! From the moment i stepped foot into the building to getting my car back everyone involved was super helpful and quick! I believe it’s Gabby who made sure I was updated with the process the entire time! The inspection only took about 30 mins and they even dropped the car off to me while i was at work when it was finished which made things 100% easier for me! I’m very happy with the repairs i even got my car back 6 days earlier than expected. Nothing went unnoticed and i will be recommending this place to everyone i know in the future. Thank you!

Your staff was very professional and courteous from the receptionist to the mechanic. When there was a delay on fixing the car, your mechanic perhaps could have called a little sooner, but we were able to make out all work. Appreciate your office arranging for the rental car as that very well. I would recommend your service to others

Communication was not the best. I had to initiate the communication a couple times to get updates. The last time was due to a sick employee. Maybe a built in redundancy may resolve missed calls/emails to the customer.

Jonah filling it out for my wife Michelle since it’s my vehicle and I managed the process. I had a great experience with IAR and am very satisfied with the repair quality thus far. My only critique is the right fog light was not replaced (it’s not broke, but when I worked in collision repair we would replace/polish all lenses to ensure they matched). BUT, I also know we were close to totaling the vehicle due to repair costs, so I am ok and have already ordered a new fog light.
