I would praise the excellent work but be clear about how long it took and the lack of communication with regard to how long it took.

The work was excellent. I was extremely happy. But I was very frustrated with the time it took. I was told it wouldn’t take more than two weeks. I was told I would have my car back before a trip I was taking. But I didn’t get it until the following week. My doors were there a week after I dropped my car off but the painting wasn’t done until two days before my trip. And then the Monday after my trip I was told that a piece of moulding was missing from the initial order so I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until Wednesday. I decided to take my car on Monday though and go back to have them place the moulding. I wouldn’t have minded if right from the start they explained to me that the process takes four weeks due to this this and this but that wasn’t the case. I was told two weeks and then it got pushed off another week and then another and then a few days. So I found that frustrating.
