The shop was opened in 1990 by Dave Nagy, Sr. and is now owned and operated by his grandson's Jeff & Mike Updike. EXTREMELY happy with not just the quality of the repair (from what I can see on the exterior), but almost as importantly - the quality of communication. Jackie is incredible. She was incredibly responsive, listened to us and tried to be aware of our preferred timeline, communicated when/why there were any delays, offered to get us a vehicle if needed so that we didn't need to rent, and responded in a very timely manner. There were a couple of spots on the side exterior that were a little sticky and hard to clean (not sure what it was or why it was there) when I got back, which is the only reason this isn't a 10. With that said, mostly thanks to Jackie making the experience seamless, I was very satisfied. Communication matters a lot - not just expertise. I felt like Irish Hills did both very well.

Not all damage was repaired. The fabric undershield is still damaged after the accident but I live too far away to have them address it.

Service was great, other than there is currently something wrong with my windshield wipers. I have been trying to get into contact with the service center but their phone is not accepting phone calls. Other than that I would recommend to friends, communication was great! Jackie is fantastic!

As always Irish Hills comes through. What was thought to be minor headlight bulb replacement turned in to more, but Irish Hills warrantied the work, and everything was covered and repaired within 4 hours of receiving the parts. They are truly a great shop and easy to deal with.

Would highly recommend anyone needing car service to take it to Irish Hills Collision. The staff was super friendly and communicative and they did an awesome job fixing the paint and dent in my car from a deer! My car was returned in tip top shape along with vacuumed mats and seats which was greatly appreciated!
