The shop was opened in 1990 by Dave Nagy, Sr. and is now owned and operated by his grandson's Jeff & Mike Updike. Excellent experience with the team at Irish Hill Collision and they went above and beyond by cleaning thr exterior and interior of my truck! I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but will certainly do so in the future if the need arises!

Took almost a month to complete a small dent, they were waiting for trim parts. Then when I picked the truck up someone had been smoking in it, it was very bad.

If I was a Baker, and I promised you a cake on a certain day, then told you I was sorry the flour mill didn’t deliver the flour, I wouldn’t ask you to call the flour mill to complain about the flour. That isn’t your problem, it is mine. Same is true with auto service, I was promised my vehicle would be complete by a certain day, Mike suggested I contact Mopar and complain. It isn’t my problem, it is yours, they are interfering with your business, not mine. I’m not upset about this and I think this feedback is going only to Irish hills collision ( I hope) because the time wasn’t a big deal. Cigarette smoke in my new truck was very upsetting though. In addition, I’m not going to complain to progressive, I’m hoping you guys will just try to be more mindful of where you are smoking. I also hope you take this as constructive feedback. I hope you have a great day.

I would definitely recommend this shop. I was blown away by the entire experience. They got my car in for repair early, kept me updated on changes and estimated completion time and then got it done a week earlier than expected. It was a great experience.

The passenger side headlight assembly that was replaced is only about 1/2 as bright as it was before the repair for some reason. There's something different from OEM although it looks the same. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with the quality and speed of the work and would recommend The shop to anybody that asked.

Beautiful work, honestly, emblem modification could have been handle a little better, and right parking light yellow ember light was left out, but thats ok it was a great overall though
