The shop was opened in 1990 by Dave Nagy, Sr. and is now owned and operated by his grandson's Jeff & Mike Updike. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs. The work was outstanding, and I truly cannot tell any difference from before the accident. They also detailed both the interior and exterior of my Jeep, and it looked absolutely gorgeous when I picked it up. Everything was completed ahead of the original timeline, which was an added bonus

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Once my vehicle arrived at the shop, they contacted me the very next day with an estimate and handled all communication with my insurance company, making the process completely stress-free. They were transparent about the timeline and kept me informed with weekly update calls. Their partnership with the rental car company made things even easier, as I was able to leave the rental right at the shop.
