Our mechanical shop is also a NAPA Car Care Center offering a 24 month 24,000 mile nationwide warranty. We work with all insurance companies and are a Direct Repair Facility for most insurance companies. Our 23,000 square foot facility has all state of the art equipment to service your vehicle. The body work was to perfection very pleased. My only complaint is, I wish i would have called and given updates on the repair status. Also it would be better to drop off car once the body shop had the parts in. if customer car is drivable the can save on the rental cost .

They took 45 days to repair stating no llabiurers available . Today I got the car after repair I dove 15 min and heared huge noice in the car while driving and I could not drive further and got stoped . Got out of car and noticed some of the screws , bold were on the road . I could not believe it and look like they did not fix the car properly . Again send back to J and L for repair and I have no car now . Very disappointing and NJM need to take the J and L out from your list . Will file official complaint

Very much unsatisfied .very poor quality of work manship. Received the car on Friday evening drive 1.5 miles only heavy noise from the car and big bolts started falling on the road. Pulled over not able to drive. Towed back to the auto body back after two hours.very scary.

The 2021 Pathfinder vehicle was put back together nicely, and all the sensors on the rear bumper worked as they did before the collision. The customer service was great also, they take good care of their customers.
