I was very satisfied with how quickly I was taken care of and how fast I was able to get my vehicle in to get fixed. Excellent job on fixing the paint from getting swiped by someone when it was parked. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was that I am not sure what year the Jeep Grand Cherokee was that I was given for a loaner had about 216,000 miles on it. I only drive it home a few miles and it smelled like exhaust or burning oil or something. It was a little noisy too. I had a job interview the next day and I was embarrassed to be driving it. Should invest in a little more reliable loaner cars for when someone is having work done.
