Right side of bumper was not fixed. You said the right side did not have a bracket and since the accident occurred on the left side, the insurance would not pay for the right side repair. However, the bumper is a single item and the accident may have dislodged the bracket on the right side as well. Moreover, I was told that in order to give me a quote to repair the right side, you would have to remove the bumper again to assess the possibility of more damage than a missing bracket. But you had the bumper off when you fixed the left side. Why didn't you assess all the right side damage then and give me a quote since the insurance said it would not not pay for the repair? Lastly, you told the insurance company that the right side was missing a bracket but you told me it was a missing bracket and possibly more. I think you were trying to set me up to overcharge me if I elected to have you fix the right side.
