I’m usually very happy and pleased with Jackson but my experience this time was a little challenging. I completely understand that delays happen but customer service is everything! I was told my car would be finished the 2/27 I called that morning to check the status and was told it was on track and would probably be done before 4. I had a rental I was paying out of pocket and I returned it once I got off and was called at 3 after I returned the car to tell me that my vehicle part wasn’t delievered and it would be delayed. No problem if I wasn’t told earlier when I called that they were waiting on a part I was under the understanding all the work was completed. Then I get the vehicle Monday and I had complications with my blinker and automatic start. I just feel that they didn’t care to make sure everything was working again customer service. I had to be late to work to take my car back the following day. All this made me lose money and convenience as I work full time. I was never told sorry or offered anything for my inconvenience from management or any of the employees. This left a bad taste as I always recommend this shop and use this shop and don’t feel I was valued as of this experience.

I wanted to follow up regarding the repairs on my vehicle. I’m very satisfied with the dent and paint work on the fender it looks great, and you can’t even tell there was damage there. However, I did notice some scratch marks on the rear portion of the roof and additional scratches on the trim, all on the left side where the work was performed. I’m not sure what may have happened while the vehicle was in the shop, but I was disappointed to see those marks when I picked it up. While the original repair was completed well, noticing new cosmetic damage left me feeling a bit uneasy. I’d appreciate the opportunity to have these areas looked at and discuss how we can address them. Please let me know the best way to proceed.
