I had to come back because a wire in the tailgate that operates the sensor and handle openers became disconnected. Easy fix, was in and out in about 30 mins. A bit of a pain but I have never had body work done where something did not happen. L

This is my 3rd time to do business with J&R. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. They always try to get the work done as soon as possible. I just had the passenger inside door handle replaced. They finished in one day and when I picked up my vehicle they detailed inside and out. J & R are very detailed and it show from the time you arrive till you pick up your vehicle.

Overall, the repair went well. What I didn’t understand is why, at the time of estimate, only 1 of the under plates was recommended to be replaced. It took another day to do the other side. It was done quickly but this was not made clear during the original estimate.
