The entire crew at J&R Collision was fantastic! Barb at the front desk was friendly and very sweet, and Eric was extremely helpful. He even drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental. He kept me updated every step of the repair and my car looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Thank you to Eric, Barb and the staff for a great experience. I was very disappointed with the accident with my car and you guys made me feel at ease. Eric and Barb I really appreciated your excellent customer service, friendly and positive attitudes. I also appreciate all the follow-ups on letting me know how the process was going. You took your time and put yourself in my shoes and took care of my car like it was your own. When I picked up my car , Eric greeted me outside and went over everything with me. This was my first time getting a car repaired and I chose J&R because they are experienced in aluminum body repairs. They got my Subaru Crosstrek back to brand new in about a week. Eric was super helpful with the whole process and explained everything to me. He was fast to respond to emails and was happy to correspond with my insurance if needed. They really went above and beyond when they used the extra paint they made to cover some scratches that weren't even included in the repair. The woman working the desk was also very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to them if I need any other repairs in the future.
