Easy to work with. Quality repair. Only complaints: The initial time to get in the part took about twice as long as originally anticipated and then a secondary repair was not commented on until the first attempt to pick up the car was made.

I got my car back from the shop and the HVAC wouldn't turn on at all. The manager and service rep both said it was impossible that they cuased it even though the shop was cutting wires for a fog light install. The shop also bailed on fog light install and would not reinstall the OEM fog lights. If they couldn't do it they should have just said they do not know how to do it. Fast forward to today and my mechanic was able to diagnose and fix the problem in 10 min. The only reason I am not giving the shop a 1 is because the actual paint work and color matching is higher quality then new from factory.
