I wish I would’ve went elsewhere

The only thing they got right was the color. Everything else was half done. The forgot to replace 5 major screws, the mirror was not put back on the right way, there’s gaps that are to big which he fixed when we took it back but are still there and the light for my blinker was out but they also fixed when I took it back. There were other things too. I will never recommend them to anyone or use there business again!

The repair was and the paint was good except a couple spots on the passenger fender but it was a very good job. The unexpected delay was frustrating due to had to pay for extra days on a rental .

Work was completed on time. I found an issue with a part hanging down from the front under the car. I asked a tech and he worked to fix it. Another tech came by and assisted. I appreciate the courtesy and follow through. I will keep J &R in mind for any future body work.
