I recently had my vehicle repaired at J&R Collision Center, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The insurance and lack of communication are the issues.

While the quality of repair work appears to be fine, J&R seems to have failed to communicate with insurance company regarding the supplemental work that was completed, apparently without the consent or communication with insurance company. I am likely stuck paying for the supplemental work on a accident that was not my fault. Does not seem fair.

My OEM weatherstripping was dry rotted and breaking apart. They've replaced both the driver's side and passenger side years apart from each other. Both times I have received quality service from them. I should mention also that I rear ended someone very softly one time and my hood latch was a little off kilter. One of the technicians came out and hammered down the hood latch catch underneath and fixed it to no charge on me. Very grateful!

Gosh I hate to have to call them... for obvious reasons (my car was hurt) but there is NO ONE ELSE I WOULD CALL to fix my car than Jake's/J&R Collision Center. From Jake to Eric and Barb, I'm so clear I'm in great hands. They are helpful, expedient, educational and fair. And there workmanship is impeccable! Thanks again!
