Just great all the around from the front office workers to the ones that repair the cars. I’ve taken cars to three different shops and the service is top class! Hampton off is the latest shop I had a car at. Got it in on my appointment date with no problem to finishing on the date that was give to me and the car looks brand new! I recommend that any and everyone give J & R Collision a chance to show how great the service is.

J&R did a great job on my repair but it’s not 100% complete. The side molding has not been attached. They said it was ordered in September but hasn’t arrived yet. J&R is not the problem. I’m the claimant in this situation. The insurance company responsible for this claim put lots of pressure on J&R to hurry up and finish so that they could stop paying for my rental. J&R had to return my car to me because QBE’s Adjuster did in fact stop paying the rental car agency. I would have had no car to drive.
