I appreciate the difficulty in working with insurance companies, vehicle owners, and parts suppliers, very difficult. Barbara was very helpful when I was unable to afford to have my bumper fully replaced. She came with a suggestion that they could reattach the current bumper which had become disconnected. It only took a couple of hours. She was very kind.

Wow! Just speechless. The whole team at J&R is just fantastic. They will make you believe in wholesome people and service again. Barb was so kind and able to look at my cracked bumper the day I called her and give me an estimate the next day. We booked an appointment to get it fixed that same day! Eric was so kind when I dropped off my car. He was very thorough, ensuring he knew everything that needed to be fixed. He even offered to touch up a few paint chips that were a part of the cracked bumper. They fixed my car in a timely manner and were just a breath of fresh air to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!
