Great job, unfortunately it took longer than expected to fix after finding additional damage, but James Auto Body took care of everything with the insurance and everyone was very nice. Not having a vehicle is always stressful and unpleasant but the staff at James Auto Body was outstanding. I appreciate it so much.

Truck was returned without the job being completely finished. Bed decal was not put on before I got the truck back. Truck has been done for four weeks now and we still don't have the decal for the bed. It's a different story every week that we call and check on the status.

When I dropped car off. He took his time to hear my concerns, but when I picked it up he took my money net and handed me my fob. He didn’t walk out with to show me my car. I thought was very rude not to go out with me.
