Bedcover got scratched and they say they didn’t do it! I have sent a lot of people to them I work at an insurance company I will not send any more to this company! I also have been a customer for a long time I will not go back . I am very disappointed in the way this was handled if they had been honest in my opinion i would have said thank you for being honest and dropped it situation and I would have given the excellent remarks. I know for a fact the damage was not there and I also have photos from another shop that doesn’t show damage but if that is how they want to do business then no referrals from me.

I picked up my car after it being in the shop for rear end damage for about 1 month. When picked up car, the trunk wasn’t flush with the car (raised on left side) and you could see the trunk seals inside. Trunk leaked same day picked up (raining that day). Called and I’m waiting parts to come in and to be painted and fixed. Haven’t had a return call to hear when I can bring car back in.
