Transaction went smoothly. Associates at James Auto Body were professional--could have been a little friendlier but they were courteous. I gave a 9 because there were circles on the hood of my car where the hail put small dents. Circles came off when I washed the car. Experience was fine.

They made arrangements and came and picked my car up for me. Was extremely quick on the repairs, handled everything with the insurance company for me and washed and detailed my car before bringing it back to me. They were awesome helping me get my car in and repaired and returned while I was recovering from a major surgery.
