I given a 5 because there is some over spray on trim of my car that wasn't there before and also because they wouldn't let me have my wheel back unless I paid them 100 dollars I feel like that is wrong that will was my property and the insurance money they received should of covered all cost of repair and replacement

A+++++++++++ service and customer service. Thoroughly explained the whole process to me. (My first accident claim) Made sure my wheels matched ahead of time and that the correct wheels were ordered and getting put on my car. I have a SRT car that only 2000 were made that car theives will steal. They made sure they pulled it in overnight. Excellent communication. Very easy to work with. They actually care about the customer. I have zero complaints. I definitely recommend. Mark and Jeremy were great. Top tier service. A+++++
