The text message alerts were amazing and kept me in the know about my vehicle. In addition, they were a great example of customer service and what it should be. I admit that James Body Shop was the 3rd place & ultimately the last place I visited. They could really teach Ford Groves and Huck Steps a few things. I will be back for all my repairs body/window repairs.
