This is the only negative. Sam was a very nice person, great personality and very helpful when meeting face to face. The negative is communication during the repair. My truck was in the body shop for 3+ weeks and I was the one who had to initiate the contact for a progress report on the repairs. The estimated dates of completion changed 3 times, but would not have known if I did not make the phone call. At one point I found out there was more damage and that Sam had already contacted my insurance without letting me know. Sam is a super nice guy, but when someone says I will keep you updated on the progress or any changes, I expect that to happen.
