After repairs I have to bring it back because the bed cover doesn’t close properly after the repair and the bed was wet and dirty when I picked my truck up. Also, when repairing my vehicle they removed the tracking device I had purchased with the vehicle and returned the vehicle to me without reinstalling it as I received it in the mail a few days after I picked up my truck along with installation instructions. Makes me wonder what else you missed doing the repairs.

Repair shop personnel were great! From the appraisal, to the pick up they were friendly and helpful. Even when the person assigned to me was gone to lunch during the drop off process, another employee stepped up immediately & got me checked in & dropped me off at the rental car.

I was completely satisfied with the the way I was greeted with the way I greeted and the help from the lady.that’s greet you when you come in. And Sam the service writer at James Woods Collision department was very helpful and nice. Couldn’t ask for better! Our car is a 2017 RVA 4 and in 2017 going home there there were a load of cars wooden pallets in the road well this was accident that done over $10,000 dollars damage. So had it taken to James Woods. And then 2025 someone hit our car’s mirror so back to James Woods Collision it went back as the first time. Because James Woods Collision for repair. Was very happy the first time we took it there.we was very happy with the repairs. And another the if anything happened to the car it’s will go to James Woods Collision again.
