After picking up my car we found a small problem but Kandace the body shop manager had me bring the car back immediately and rectified the issue. Kandace has been such a great help during this whole process, keeping me informed all along the way and helping with my rental car extension. Very friendly and professional.

I still have not received any paperwork on warranty work performed. I just have the body shop’s word for it because no one had any paperwork at time I received my car and I was told it would be sent to me.

I took my car here after hitting a deer, and they made the whole situation way less stressful. Kandice was so helpful! She handled everything with my insurance and helped sped up the process since my insurance was delaying services until Kandice stepped in because she knew what paperworks to send and what to say since she was an insurance adjuster herself. She walked us through every step of the way, so thankful for her!! The repairs turned out amazing. My car honestly looks like it was never hit by a deer at all! The paint match perfectly and everything looks great. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m writing this one so if you’re considering GMZ Jansen auto body shop don’t hesitate anymore go ahead and tow your car there, they’ll bill your insurance for you! I’d definitely recommend them. They do not discriminate or make you feel less. All they want is for you to get back on the road in your vehicle safely and fast as they can get you! Customer service and service 100/10!

Candice was excellent! Took very good care of me and my car! The techs who worked on my car (I didn’t get their names) did a wonderful job! I appreciate the hard work they put into getting the job done for me! Thank you all so much!! The lady in the office who helped me with the paperwork was wonderful as well! And the young man who gave me a ride to pick up my car was courteous and drove very cautiously! Thanks again to everyone!
