The car is still at your shop, I went to pick up my car Saturday however my car was not correctly repaired as discussed. They had not replaced the headlight(s), nor the part behind the bumper that had came off and they only bonded the cracked & bubbles area of the bumper instead of replacing as discussed. I had requested and was originally approved for replacement of the bumper and lights, there was an issue where insurance input incorrectly to the shop for The Whole Rear to be replaced but it was to be the front so had to be corrected to the Front. I don't know if this is where the problem went? but it still doesn't excuse why the headlights weren't replaced and the guard behind it. The cost of the bumper repair was more than replacing. I left the car there at your shop and have contacted State Farm and am awaiting their response. If you need the code to get in the car jlmk as the keys are inside for you. But at the very minimum the headlights need replacement and the guard behind the bumper. I am very unhappy you repaired a cracked bubbled broken tab bumper instead of replacing it as well. Please advise when these items will be correctly completed so I can pick the car up once completed. Absolutely the best body shop my husband and I have ever been to. This shop not only provides excellent service but their work is truly outstanding. The staff took care of our needs and will worked with you to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered to the best of their ability. From my experience with this shop they provided me with fair pricing and craftsmanship when I first brought my mustang in for a roof repaint. Then again when I had to bring it in when and object smashed into my vehicle. This shop was able to restore my mustang and make it look brand new again, with perfect color bending/matching and repairs. Thank you again for the work you guys did.
