Fist time I attempted to pick truck up and the bed was still very bent and gaps all off with tailgate and brake light. Second pick up the gaps still off new bumper had to be repolished and they put a totally different bed cover then what I had on there truck without a phone call to ask. The customer service was terrible the manager’s attitudes were terrible when I showed them what they missed as if I should just take the truck back not finished. I will not be using Jarret Scott ford again going forward

Body shop managers have very bad attitudes and I never received an update on my truck from ford only from the insurance company I was dealing with.

I was originally told my concerns about my vehicle being damaged were not valid, but when I ask for a manger he helped the situation and ordered the repair and I’m very pleased because my vehicle did not come to the shop damaged.

The visible part they repaired looked good, but found out shortly after they missed all the impact damage underneath the back of the vehicle. Now I’m having to fight with insurance to get that repaired when it’s obviously impact damage.

I cannot thank your team enough for all the hard work and for going the extra mile to thoroughly wash and clean both the inside and outside of the car. I honestly wasn’t expecting that. Now I understand why you’ve won the local Forbes magazine award for Best Body Shop in town—you absolutely deserve it!
