I was rear ended by an 18 yr old who didn't have licenses. Other party's insurance paid repair cost to my beloved truck. Mr. Will was my technician. I only had a small issues where my tailgate would not open. I picked truck up Saturday and waited till Monday morning to stop by before I headed off to my client. He was very helpful in letting me know he was going to look at my tailgate latch again. I could not opened it. I had 3 different people try to open and they too said just take it back to them, so I did. Mr. Will was so helpful in telling me he will take it to the back and see why it was not opening correctly. He fixed it in no time. Such a sweet guy. Very professional and quick to correct problem. Today I am able to functionally open and shut my tailgate without issues.
