This shop actually worked on another family vehicle, when my father also hit a deer in 2021. That 4Runner had belonged to my mother who died from a rare form of cancer a few years prior, and they did absolutely everything they could not to total it, even after State Farm stated it was. Sadly, it was inevitable in the end, but not without a fight! They went back and forth with State Farm and truly tried to figure out anything they could do on their end, to avoid it and reverse State Farm’s decision. Because of that, I took my car there, when it needed repairs. And I was equally impressed by their kindness and compassion. So I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, always and forever. They do amazing things while maintaining that small town feel of compassion and empathy.

My father is convinced one headlight is brighter than the other, but I don’t see what he does. Otherwise, the work is beautiful, and my car hasn’t looked this great since I got it back in 2018!

Every department I dealt with was patient and kind and explained things in a way a self-admitted ignoramus like myself can understand! They were very communicative and never made me feel as though I was being a bother. But most importantly, in a world where it’s so easy to take advantage of someone like me, who comprehends absolutely nothing about car mechanics, I had full faith and trust in them, that they were acting in my best interests…even though my vehicular knowledge extends very little beyond “this pedal make car go, this pedal make car stop” 😁
