Communication could have been better regarding the timeline of the completion of the work but other than that the experience was phenomenal. Very helpful staff. Car looks great, runs great. Completion of the work was on time as quoted. No issues with the insurance company. Seamless integration with Enterprise rental process. Thank you all!

Overall great. Small room for improvement. They called to let me know van was going to paint department. I don't know what that means for me, so I called back to clarify. Got an explanation but no update on the actual expected timeline of the work. I assumed car was on schedule to be done by Friday. It was done on Friday but when I showed up there was some concern because no one had called me to confirm if the van was ready.
