(1) Odometer still remains to be repaired. (2) Took 3 weeks to repair. (3) Bill and Austin were very helpful and kept me informed, except that 3 completion dates texted to me were not corrected, and repair time had to be extended, costing me $17 per day additional price (beyond the $26 USAA paid)for rental car. My wife and I also had to rearrange schedules to pick up the car, then more time would be needed. Recommend not sending the texts if they are not accurate. (4) Car was clean and everything returned in its proper place upon pick up. (5) Car drives well and after one day, the repairs appear First Class!

Bill and Austin were very helpful, and the work appears excellent. I just wished it had not taken so long. I understand this was due to USAA requiring Jasper Paint & Body to look for used dashboard parts.

As I mentioned earlier, I appreciate the worksmanship involved to repair my vehicle. However, the original estimated completion date (March 6, '17), was extended to March 21, '17). This caused me an undue travel hardship.

Very friendly and welcoming. Clean, modern shop. Kept us apprised of the status of the work regularly. Work was done faster than originally expected and they washed and vacuumed the car. Car looks great. Exceptionally satisfied and would highly recommend them to others.
