The Staff is very friendly and courteous, we did my paperwork for my vehicle right away. I sat down in the waiting area for the rental car people so show. Weeks later J.B.A. Collision call me and said my vehicle was ready for pick up.When I returned to pick up my vehicle it looked like it came from the showroom floor. The paint matched so perfect it looks just it did before it was hit. I pray that I don't have to bring my truck back again. If I do I'm bringing it to J.B.A. Collision. If anyone needs a "GREAT" Auto Body Shop get J.B.A. Collision they will make satisfied.

Everyone I came in contact was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process and repairs! The front office ladies were so nice when I dropped my SUV off and made me feel less anxious about the process as I was still very upset about the accident. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and I was on my way.
