Dave Whitesell was fantastic! Explained every step, called with update on parts and repair status, even asked to keep it an extra day so it would not get wet going to Service for an alignment. Refreshing to see someone that lives their job these days.

They have become my go to body shop… They pay attention to the details so you get your vehicle back in great shape. Their customer service is great, I thought this type of customer service was dead and gone but not at JBA Collision
