Looks like new! Only issue I had was the amount of time it took for completion of repair, causing a major hassle with the rental car company. New paint was slightly brighter than the original, but I guess, over time it will blend. Overall I’m happy with the results and service I received.

I was an auto body A-Tech, so I know quality work and good customer service. That being said.. Qtr panel is misaligned, almost an 1/8th gap on my LINE-X bedliner now. Also, bare metal and grind marks exposed. At least should have applied some touch up paint to that; so attention to detail lacking. Rear bumper is on an angle and not properly aligned. Also, color doesn’t match, rear door and post should have been blended. Furthermore, there was overspray inside the cab of my truck on the leather dash and door panel. Not even sure how y’all managed that. Communication: I had to contact the shop for basic updates. I was told on 3 separate occasions that they would call me by a time of THEIR choosing. Never once did they follow through on that and I had to call hrs after they said they would for an answer to issues we’d discussed. Absolutely zero communication. Was even told my truck would be ready by 3.. time came and went, I waited until 4, called them and their answer was “oh, we meant to call you, but your truck should be ready by 5:30-6. Very unprofessional and I’m horribly disappointed. Also took them 3 weeks for a 5 day repair and they still wanted another week.
