Everyone here seems nice and professional, and I kept getting text messages updating me on the progress of my vehicle. What I did not like was I came to pick up my vehicle because they told me was finished. The next day when I got ready to drive it to work it was wobbling like I was in a boat, and pulling really hard to the right. I had to take the car back to the body shop. Call my insurance company to get an extension on a new vehicle because I had turned in the other one due to the work supposedly being done. Now I’m having to wait an additional three days for the completion of my vehicle. And I was told it was due to a part that they thought I might need but wasn’t sure and now they’re gonna order that part. I believe in doing a job right the first time.
